The YOU × AI Summit is a one-day conference on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Performing Arts & Community Center (PACC) in Waco, Texas, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Nineteen practitioner speakers across three tracks teach business owners, creators, and professionals how to multiply what they already know with AI — hands-on, laptop open, building real things. Tickets are $79 through August 31, $99 after. It’s produced by Viral Genius Institute and Rogue Media Network.

That’s the summary an AI assistant would give you. Here’s the part it couldn’t: why this day exists.

What actually happens there?

The name is an equation, and the multiplication sign is the entire argument: AI multiplies whatever you bring to it. It doesn’t level the playing field — it widens the gap between people who bring something distinct and people who bring nothing.

So the day is organized around the three things you can bring, and each one is a track:

Build — the hands-on track. You bring a laptop and leave with a working automation or an AI assistant you built yourself during the session. Not notes about one. A working one. If you’ve been told you need a technical background for this, the people teaching these sessions don’t code for a living either.

Get Found — the visibility track. When a customer asks ChatGPT for a recommendation in your industry, does your name come up? This track covers how AI search actually decides who to cite — and how to become the answer instead of the noise.

Sound Like You — the voice track. Everyone got the same AI tools at the same time, and everyone’s content started sounding the same at the same time. This track is about feeding AI your actual stories and context so it amplifies your voice instead of replacing it with everyone else’s.

Who is it for?

Business owners, marketers, creators, and professionals in Central Texas who are somewhere between “I know I should be using this” and “I use it, but I know I’m only scratching the surface.” You do not need a technical background — that’s not a marketing line, it’s the design constraint the whole program was built around.

If you already run AI agents in production and argue about model benchmarks on the weekend, you’ll find the Get Found track worth the day; the rest may be review.

Who’s speaking?

Nineteen practitioners — people who do this work, not people who talk about it. The main stage includes Bryan Eisenberg, who coined Persuasion Architecture; Dr. Hope Koch of Baylor University, appointed to the Texas Artificial Intelligence Council, who closes the day; and Mike Hamilton of Rogue Media Network, who opens it with the story of why this is happening in Waco. The full lineup is here.

How much does it cost?

$79 through August 31. $99 from September 1 until the day. One ticket covers the full day and all three tracks — sessions run concurrently, so you build your own day.

Where is it, exactly?

The Performing Arts & Community Center (PACC) in Waco, Texas. Doors at 8:00 AM, closing session ends at 5:00 PM. Parking and logistics answers are on the FAQ page.

Why Waco, and why now?

Because right now, nearly everybody is a beginner at this — and that will not be true in a year. The tools will be dramatically better in 2027, and the people who started in 2026 will have had a year of practice with them. This day exists so you’re one of them.
